REEPERBAHN CAMPUS Reeperbahn Campus is Hamburg’s first professional meeting to unleash creative energy: not just putting it on the agenda!Unusual locations, interessting panels, new forms of cross-company exchange and the international club festival Reeperbahn Festival make Reeperbahn Campus a new fixture for all professionals of the creative industries. Reeperbahn Campus 2009: Since its start in 2006 Reeperbahn Festival has established a reputation for being one of the most important international festivals for newcomer bands. Concurrently with the festival in 2009 Reeperbahn Campus opened its doors for the first time. More than 1,300 representatives of the creative industries and media from 16 countries attended 34 panels, shows and receptions. Experience some of the panels as vod- and podcasts on www.reeperbahncampus.com. How perfectly the integration of the Reeperbahn Festival and the Reeperbahn Campus worked out was shown by the fact that many visitors utilized the entertaining interviews and unplugged sets of festival bands during the live-shows of MTV legend Ray Cokes as instigators for scheduling their evenings. During after-show-parties of the Reeperbahn Festival and the Reeperbahn Campus hundreds of delegates, musicians and journalists jointly partied and agreed: This music weekend in Hamburg made them want more. Reeperbahn Campus 2010: No problem, because Hamburg is already looking forward to meeting visitors from Germany and abroad from September 23rd to 25th 2010 during the 5th Reeperbahn Festival and the 2nd Reeperbahn Campus.
