Description:
Just to give you the short story of B'ESTFEST, we can say that in 2007 the first edition of the festival with a line-up of 30 artists, was headlined by, Faithless, Pink, Marilyn Manson, Alice Cooper, Wu-Tang Clan, Morcheeba, Kasabian, and enjoyed an audience of 50.000 during the three days. 2008 brought an extra stage, an extra day (AFTERSHOCK), a few more bands in the line-up (36 in total), and a nice pool of headliners for you to choose: Alanis Morissette, Cypress Hill, UNKLE, Kaiser Chiefs, Manic Street Preachers, Stereophonics, Nelly Furtado, Manu Chao, Roisin Murphy, Judas Priest. The 2009 edition came with five days of festival - three basic days plus a Day Zero (opening day) and the Aftershock – and was headlined by The Killers, Moby, Motorhead, Orbital, Franz Ferdinand, Santana and Manowar
B’ESTFEST took a break in 2010, but spawned a new festival concept “powered by B’ESTFEST”, keeping the dates and the artists: Ciuc Summer Fest. An extension of the B’ESTFEST brand, Ciuc Summer Fest will feature a series of headliner concerts introducing the audience to a whole new musical experience. Three days of good music, exiting performances and special side-attractions in the coolest festival atmosphere!
