With six stages providing a fairytale line-up to please and satisfy the hardiest of music lovers OXEGEN is Ireland’s biggest and best music festival. Punchestown Racecourse will open its gates this July to 70,000 campers and 10,000 day trippers. Just some of the artists featured at this years OXEGEN are Eminem, Muse, Arcade Fire, Jay-Z, The Prodigy, The Black Eyed Peas, Kasabian and Fatboy Slim.
Not content with providing a top notch line-up, OXEGEN has many other delights on offer. The more discerning gig goer is spoilt for choice with food from a range of countries across the world. If you're a bit of an adrenaline junkie then satisfy your craving at the festival funfair complete with giant ferris wheel, rollercoaster and dodgems.
Voted by NME as one of 2007’s top three festival experiences, 2008’s UK Festival Awards’ Best European Festival and 2009 Best Overseas Festival, OXEGEN is now renowned as much for its quality of camping and entertainment as the great music on offer. Fans can begin their OXEGEN experience by camping on Thursday night (8th July) with three days of music from Friday July 9th to Sunday July 11th.
