Description:
The festival became famous in Sweden in the early 90’s for
it’s electronic nisch, combined with the most interesting
swedish acts. As the years went by, the festival became
consequently bigger and presented more and more revered
artists. I n 2002 the festival came close to 15’000 for the first
time with T he Cure and Primal Scream headline-ing the
event.
The last years the festival has grown furthermore and the 2009 years
edition of the festival, not only headlined with acts as Depeche Mode
and Nine Inch Nails, a new record with 22 500 paying visitors was set.
The festivals electronic nisch has also been developed deeper the recent years
with genres as house, techno, electro and disco.
