Description:
There's no Festival in 2010!
Rock'n Coke is the biggest open air music festival in Turkey taking place at Istanbul Park circuit, the spacious and conveniently located Formula 1 racetrack. Attracting almost 30.000 festival-goers per day, Rock'n Coke differentiates itself from other music festivals in Turkey by its artistic programming and vision, its organization and its design. Hosting 30+ acts on main and alternative stages for 2 days, the festival offers its visitors full camping activities for 10.000 campers with many other extra curricular activities such as fairground, skateboarding, basketball, zeppelin, superjump, tai-chi, yoga etc. High standard production of the "music" town required 2500 professionals and 250 voluntary workers. The festival aims to offer an alternative life-style to 50.000 people for two full days and to build a cultural and artistic town. Its prior goal is to stimulate the "global" tradition of open air music events in Turkey and provide Istanbul a solid place in that cultural map.
