Description
The Heitere Open Air with 3 stages, 30 bands and 36,000 visitors in total is one of the biggest Pop/Rock festivals in Switzerland. It takes place in the heart of the country, less than an hour away from Zurich, Lucerne, Basel and Bern and very near to Germany.
The festival area, which is surrounded by big old trees, is nicely located on a hill near the town of Zofingen. The organisers invest a lot of their efforts to have a very clean and beautiful festival site. Numerous and various food stands from all over the world, bars, an additional side program (e.g. with a so-called Kids Paradise) and a big camping area complete the unique festival atmosphere.
